Shipping Methods and Timelines:

  1. If you qualify for a tablet:

    • Tablets are shipped via FEDEX.
    • Delivery time for tablets is estimated to be 4-6 business days from the date of the shipped item.
  2. If you qualify for a SIM card:

    • SIM card orders are shipped via USPS.
    • Please note that SIM card orders do not have tracking as they are sent through the regular postal service streamline.
    • You will receive the SIM card in a white envelope under the name used during the application submission.

Discrepancies and Concerns:

  • If you believe you did not apply for Unity Wireless ACP free phone service, please reach out to us at support@gounitywireless.com for clarification.

  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a device that is damaged or broken upon delivery, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact Unity Wireless. Please email Claims@gounitywireless.com to file a dispute. Once our claims department approves your claim, we will send you a return label. Please allow 10 business days for the turnaround time.

  • Devices returned due to damage must include all original accessories and the box. If the returned device differs from what was approved by the claims department, your claim will be rejected, and the device will be returned to you.

  • If your package is lost in transit or stolen, please email claims@gounitywireless.com. Provide us with your enrollment details to initiate a claim with FedEx. Please allow up to 14 business days for a response from the carrier to issue a replacement device. If FedEx denies your claim, Unity Wireless will determine whether your claim will be accepted or denied.

Unity Wireless reserves the right to amend this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates. By placing an order with Unity Wireless, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this shipping policy.

All shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.

Unity Wireless is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during the shipping process. Any disputes or claims arising from shipping-related issues should be addressed according to the guidelines outlined in this policy.
